Sales terms and conditions

The present sales terms apply to all products purchased through our website or by mail-orders.

Maber products can only be bought through the online shop or by mail-order. Sales conditions are valid for the whole of Italy including the islands and for foreign countries. There is no minimum amount and even just one piece can be bought.

All the information on products available on our website is constantly updated. Nonetheless errors may still occur.

You will conveniently receive our products directly at your home by means of courier a few days after ordering. You can receive our products in the most convenient way for you

How to buy from maber.com

Buying online from maber.com is really easy. All you need to do is look through the user-friendly catalogue and select a product or products which you like. If you want further information about each product all you have to do is click on the picture.
Once you have chosen the product you like to order it just click on “buying online” and then “add to cart”. This way your choice will be put in your “virtual cart”. At this point you will be able to continue shopping and add other products or close your order. After examining the sales conditions, especially the parts referring to the right of withdrawal and the privacy disclosure, you will have to add your data and select the way of paying (credit card, Paypal). Just follow the instructions given and you can make your purchases in a matter of minutes.
Delivery is to the address you give which may be your home address or another. Maber reserves the right to consider whether to accept orders received and shall notify customers of its inability to accept orders within 30 days from the day after the order is sent. Maber shall reimburse the amount paid.

Shipping and returns

Shipping will be by express courier which guarantees delivery within Italy in 24 – 48 hours from Monday to Friday except for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and extra European countries where it takes at least 72 hours. Maber is not responsible for unforeseeable delays. Products shall be delivered within 15 days max starting from the day after the order is placed.
Shipping is free in Italy.

The cost for shipping abroad is

  • € 25,00 for: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland;
  • € 30,00 for: Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden;
  • € 40,00 for: Andorra, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Cyprus, Finland, Gibraltar, Malta, Melilla, Turkey, United Kingdom.

For non-Eu countries please call us and we will be happy to give you a quote.

As soon as you receive the goods, please check that the number of items received correspond to the items listed in the carriage note and that the packaging is intact neither damaged or wet. Should there be anything wrong regarding these conditions, please inform the courier immediately and write the words WITH RESERVATION on the carriage note and on the courier’s consignment note stating the reason.

Important: if the goods delivered by the courier are accepted without any complaint or reservation, it will not be possible to make any further complaint or claim regarding missing pieces or damage due to transport at a later stage.

Courier delivery entails two attempts to deliver. Should delivery not come about after a second attempt, the costs for the third attempt are borne by the consignee: otherwise it is possible for the consignee to go and pick up the parcel directly at the courier’s depot.

Transport for order delivered in Italy is free,
There will be a variable charge for orders delivered abroad;
The Italian version of this site only deals with domestic orders.
For every order requested from abroad you need to select English as site language.

Should the customer decide to change or cancel the order, he/she must promptly send an email to maber@maber.com. Once the product has been sent, the order may not be cancelled or modified.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 64 and following of the legislative decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys goods for purposes not connected to their professional activity) they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without explanation, meeting the following conditions. To exercise this right, the customer shall send written communication by recorded delivery letter within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. Notification of withdrawal can also be sent with the same deadline by email or fax, provided confirmation by recorded delivery letter with advice of delivery within the next 48 hours. Goods shall be returned by the customer at their expenses within 10 days from date of delivery of the goods. Maber shall then proceed to reimburse the whole amount paid for buying the returned goods by sending a non-negotiable bank cheque within 15 days from receipt of the goods, or reversal of the amount debited in case of payment by credit card/Paypal.

Please note that: right of withdrawal (without product proof) can only be exercises by respecting the following conditions:

– Products must be returned intact and in their original and not opened box

– Right of withdrawal is of the customer only, i.e. a natural person who buys goods for purposes not connected to their professional activity (purchase without VAT no.)

Transaction is managed by Paypal network which examine credit card validity; for this reason, Maber will never gain access to your Credit card number or any data connected to it.
